Responsibilities:
The Director has the ability to work Monday - Friday including on call The Director will work independently and able to lead a team The Director has knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, HVAC The Director has knowledge of Life Safety requirements The Director will adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures The Director will abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards We are offering the following:
