Role Description This is a full-time, part time and prn on-site role for a Staff Registered Nurse.
Days and night shift avalible with sign on bonus.
The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized care for patients by assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with members of the healthcare team, and monitoring patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
This role also involves documenting patient care, communicating with patients' families, and participating in continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications Ability to assess and respond to patients' needs Experience in developing and implementing care plans Collaboration and teamwork skills with healthcare professionals Ability to monitor patients' conditions and responses to treatments Documentation and communication skills with patients' families Commitment to continuing education and professional development Active Delaware RN license Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or gerontology is preferred Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Communication Long Term Care Nursing Professional Development Team Working Apply to this job.
