Curtis Lane Equipment is an authorized Bobcat dealer serving Delaware, Virginia, and North Carolina with 11 full-service locations.
We offer sales, rental, parts, and service of all Bobcat machines.
We are looking for a self-starting Store Manager to serve as the leader of the daily operations and activities at our new Sussex Dealership.
We are looking for someone that is committed to inspiring our team and growing our business.
Able to develop action plans to deliver the dealership's annual goalsAn effective delegator of tasks and responsibilitiesGives clear concise direction w/expectationsEffective communication skills - both written and oralMotivational leadership qualitiesExecute well-defined and accurate performance evaluationsRecognize and comply with State and Federal environmental and safety regulations (OSHA, MSHA, EPA, etc.
)Promotes and enforces company policiesPromotes and ensures a safe, clean, productive and fair work environmentPeriodically audits the facility, perimeter areas and the company vehicles to ensure that all are in compliance and that there are no potential safety issuesPeriodically audits all components of the dealership's safety policies and procedures to ensure full complianceFull performance and income statement accountabilityPromotes teamwork between departments and throughout the organizationRequirements:
Successful experience managing profitability2-3 years of heavy equipment sales and rental experienceStrong mechanical mindset and technical/computer skillsCurtis Lane Equipment benefits include:
